This suit IMO is worth the extra cost. After trying out a few other Striker suits, predator, and hardwater series this suit stand apart in many ways. First off it's noticeably lighter, this complete suit was a full 4 lbs lighter than the hardwater suit. It's plenty warm too as I sat in it for 4+ hours out in 20-degree temps with a steady 10mph wind. Not once did I get chilled or cold wearing just a t-shirt and jeans underneath. It doesn't have all the pockets and storage that the hardwater suit does but that's what makes this suit so light and maneuverable to wear. I wish it had the same plier holder that the hardwater does but that aside Its simply a joy to put on and walk out in the snow with. I don't regret spending the extra cash for this system over the other Striker suits. Read more
