I have only tried these for two days so I can give you only beginning thoughts. The soles are lightweight and rather stiff. They are warm and toasty. It was easy to remove and replace them with the new soles. I found the soles to be very supportive. I have a sore heel that is taking a long time to heal so I bought very supportive soles to ease the pain. It has definitely decreased heel pain and the heel fits snugly into the shaped heel and the padding is adequate. I have flat feet so I feel that my feet hurt a bit until they conform into the shape of the insole. After that, no problem. I feel that these are quality insoles and will last a year or more.
