They changed the scent!!! I wish they hadn't, the old version smelled absolutely perfect! I got compliments all the time, after giving a hug etc. The new scent isn't bad, but I far prefer the original. Otherwise, this is my favorite body lotion, beating all my high end lotions! It's very moisturizing, while still absorbing quickly and feeling light, yet nourishing. Even my husband, who can't stand anything on his skin, will use this with no complaints. They totally changed the formula on this. Different scent, different feel, sticky. This Suave hydration lotion (by name) has been around for many years. At first I thought they just changed the packaging again to a newer more hip bottle design... but one sniff and I knew it was no longer the same product. I then checked the bottle marketing info and ingredients between an old and new bottle. The previous product stated 24hour all day moisture. The new bottle now states 48 hours moisture, not a bad thing but the ingredients list is also different. If you loved the smell of the original you'll be disappointed with this new formulation. Its not a bad smell, just totally different. The new smell reminds me of a fragrance some manufacturers put on their scented trash can liners to neutralize garbage odors. (maybe more of a manly scent?) The other problem is the old formula rubbed into my hands just fine but this new formula gets "Sticky" as it dries and remains sticky several minutes after application. My fingers will actually stick to each other if I make a fist. Disappointing. Read more
