I suffer from extremely dry skin, with the skin on my feet and ankles particularly bad. I've used a panoply of lotions, creams and pastes that I apply every day in a never-ending cycle of wash, dry, apply lotion, let soak and absorb, re-apply later, wash and repeat. It has gotten old and so I've searched for additional methods of attacking the problem. I've been using Biotin (and lately collagen as well) in supplement format as a means of approaching the problem systemically. At least attacking the problem from the inside out offers a change of approach that allows my body to take the lead and be a part of the solution. Biotin is a B vitamin that plays an important role in cellular growth. It seems to be helpful in skin growth but data on hair and nails is still pending. I ordered this supplement for its generous Biotin supply. It also contains a wide variety of other vitamins, minerals and supplements that seem to be appropriate for ancillary issues like gut-health and immune system support. I do have some concerns about the recent increase in the number of ingredients found in supplements. It makes tracking my intake of vitamin supplements much harder to do, given the inevitable overlap in supplement quantities. I long for the simpler days when supplements contained 6 or fewer ingredients. Of course, the increased number of (presumably} healthful supplements is a good thing, so I suppose it's a tradeoff. Biotin must be taken every day and over a fairly extensive period of time in order for it to be effective. At least that has been my experience. The dosage level in this supplement is strong so it is wise not to overdo it. They have a pleasant strawberry flavor, and are soft and easy to chew and swallow. The 2 gummy serving size, along with the relatively generous 90 gummy count per bottle and a competitive price, makes this supplement a fairly good value. As for pain relief: any pain relief offered by these gummies surely must depend on their successful impact. If you have dry skin issues, these gummies may be helpful. Read more

The quality of this product is great! The taste is amazing and it’s easy to swallow. The chewables are more of a mush once you get them in your mouth but other than that no issues! It does take some time for it to kick in as I’m on my last dose of these! I have seen some slight improvement on my skin but definitely long term for it to be more effective! It’s worth the money!
