I haven't owned a swimsuit in over 8 years. I saw this one and knew I had to have it. My kids have been bugging me to get a swimsuit so that I could get in the water with them, either the lake or in swimming pools. The colors on this swim suit are absolutely gorgeous. I also fell in love with the cut and style of this suit. I really like that it has shorts and that the shorts have pockets. When I ordered this, I sized up a size which I didn't need to do. This fits true to size and it fits really nice. I have lost over 100 pounds over the last couple of years and I don't feel self conscious in this swimming suit (which is a miracle all by itself). This swimsuit is perfect for people who are self-conscious about their butt and thighs. The shorts fit wonderfully without any panty lines. The fabric is nice and flowy and I love the pockets. It comes down long enough for me to not be self conscious about my thighs. I always have trouble getting a swimsuit that fits well on both the top and bottom because I am much bigger on the bottom than the top. This is definitely loose in the top, but the design pulls it tight enough that it is not an issue. It is just very flowy around my abdomen. I probably could have sized down one size in hopes of finding a middle ground but I was afraid the bottoms would be too tight. I do think one size down would’ve worked though because this is generous in sizing. The fabric is nice and thick and the construction is well done. I am not well endowed in the chest, but this definitely has the ability to hold the girls in place if you need it to. If you are larger then a 14 I do not recommend this bathing Suit. It runs about 2 sizes smaller then the chart says. Otherwise if you are slim body style it is a nice suit. I like the Style. The color is more Green then blue as pictured. I did not care for the pockets in the shorts and they are more flowy then snug boy short style but this is a personal preference. Fabric Is nice but for me it did not flow around the middle as pictured instead it was very thin and clingy. The Bust Style was very nice and form fitting. This was my favorite about the suit. It was also a thicker material. Wish it had sewn in breast pads instead just had small ones that move around. I would just remove them cause they won't stay in place. This is a great high quality suit. The design with the palm trees is not overly busy and the two piece design helped this be more comfortable. It had a tummy control liner in the shorts which were not uncomfortable. I took pictures right out of the packaging so it looked wrinkled but once washed and smoothed out it had a nicer appearance. I think I bought a slightly larger size than I needed so it was a little big on me but still fit me in a comfortable way despite being a little big. You reach a certain age where bikinis are no longer an option. I've had tankinis that are just snug and are more like a two-piece bathing suit. This tankini is more like shorts and a tank. Nice material with a silky feel. I love it. This is one that can allow me to go swimming without looking frumpy and too old for the pool! To help with sizing (since all my other efforts at online swimsuits yielded results that were too small...even when I ordered large!) are as follows: I ordered size 10 (which is what I typically where in a dress). I'm 5'6" and weigh 150lbs. I'm a D cup. I never get a suit that has the right cup (I'm usually over-flowing in all directions :( ...but not this one!). Not only was size 10 perfect, but I'm perfectly cupped with no over-flow, commonly known as 'side-boob.' In fact, this suit is SO comfy that I'm wearing it around the house today while I clean. Beautiful and feels great on but runs small. I bought the size medium bc it said it fits a size 8/10. I feel like it’s more of a loose fit size small 2/4. I bought to do yard work in the winter time in Florida, nice walks outside and even to use for a dip in the pool. And I feel like it’s perfect for all of those things. If i would have sized up. I currently have some wintertime weight on me, so I feel it’ll work hopefully once I drop some of this. Bc even though it fits, it’s a little snug, that’s why I didn’t put a pic of myself in it. If you like more of a smaller fit if you’re only using it as a swim suit I’d say it might work bc I can squeeze my butt into it but I’d rather a looser fit. I’m 5’4 and a little less than 150lbs.
