These blue light blocking glasses are a great fit. I have a smaller head and sometimes its challenging to find glasses that i can keep on my head for many hours at a time, but these fit great! I got these glasses because I spend a ton of time on my laptop and phone for school, and I was starting to get really annoying headaches by the end of the day. I figured blue light glasses were worth a try, and honestly, I’m glad I picked these. First off, the design is really nice. The frames have that small retro oval vibe that’s trending right now, but they still look classy and not like a costume accessory. The little silver heart studs on the sides are a cute detail without being too flashy. The frames are slim but feel surprisingly sturdy, and the hinges open and close smoothly without feeling loose or cheap. Emphasis on not feeling loose, the hinges are very strong and hold tight in whatever position best suits your face. They’re also super lightweight and comfortable. I’ve worn them during long study sessions and they never dig into my nose or ears. I barely notice I’m wearing them, which is a big win. As for the blue light protection—this is where I’ve noticed the biggest difference. I can’t say for sure if it’s 100% the glasses or just a coincidence, but since I’ve been using them regularly, my headaches have pretty much gone away. My eyes also feel less tired after staring at screens for hours. Even if it’s partly mental, I’m not complaining—because it’s working. These plastic eyeglass frames are for blocking out blue light from phone screens and PCs. I can't actually tell any difference in wearing them as opposed to not wearing them, but I think that the fact that there is at least something between my eyes and the screens should mean that they are blocking some of the light. They seem well made. They fit comfortably on my face and don't hurt my ears where the arms rest on them. The hinges work well, opening and closely smoothly. So far I have not had the issue of my hair getting caught in the hinges like with some other glasses that have spring hinges. These are geared toward people that have smaller faces and more oblong shaped faces, however I have a fat round face, and personally I think these look really cute on my face! They have a lovely tortoise shell coloring with metal hearts on the arms. The nose bridge is molded into the design instead of having the nose pads. I prefer nose pads because the ones with the molded nose bridges always slide down my nose. Yes, these slide down my nose too. Luckily I have some adhesive rubber nose pads to help with that, and they can easily be applied to the nose bridge of these glasses to make them more comfortable for long term wear.
