I have been taking melatonin for many years as I worked the graveyard shift for most of my life, and it always has helped me get to sleep in the past. You need to know what your own individual tolerance level is, however, and I would not recommend anyone who taking melatonin for the first time to be taking a 10mg dose as in these tablets. Start with 1mg and increase the levels until you know what works for you. I usually take a 5mg dose, but have taken 10mg or 15mg before with no real grogginess in the morning. The first night the 10mg dose I took worked as expected and I had no problem getting to sleep with the product. That being said, I have some other issues. I recently ordered some melatonin gummies that the listing said were made in the USA, but when I got them, the label said "Product of China". So more and more these days I'm making sure to read listings and labels to make sure I'm getting products made in the USA, even if some of the ingredients are from other countries. Which gets me to this product, Sundance Melatonin. What do I have to do to find out where these are made before ordering them? Quite a lot it seems. Nothing in the listing. If I click on "Brand:Sundance" at the top, all I get is other unrelated products with the Sundance name. Going to their website, I can't find any label on any of the pictures of their products showing where their products are made. I did find a contact address in the U.S. however. So I went ahead and ordered these tablets hoping to see that on the label, and I did. But why can't you simply tell us where the product is made in the listing? I'm including a picture of the bottle I received which says clearly where they were made, but c'mon man... Do your potential costumers a favor. The product is fine. But one star off for making a senior go on an unnecessary scavenger hunt before ordering. Read more

I struggle with falling asleep at bedtime, but these melatonin have been very helpful. The package was sealed and the pills are small, making them easy to swallow. I take one 10mg pill each night and it has been effective in helping me get a peaceful sleep and wake up feeling well-rested. There is no aftertaste in my mouth after taking one. Read more

I got these, knowing that I would have to cut them in half with a pill cutter that I have. I feel that these are decent melatonin but 10 mg at a time is too much for me so cutting them in half works. Read more
