The CRI is excellent. Everything looks close to true color but not harsh blue-white light or orangey. Suggestion: If your kitchen has 4 or more ceiling lights, get a lower lumen than this (1100). It was a tad too bright. But we could really see while we were cooking! Read more

I bought this set of six bulbs and they all seem to work fine and give plenty of light. However after barely a month I have noticed that so far at least two bulbs out of the six have had failure of the lens glue to the bulb housing. These bulbs have all the electronics in a metal housing including the screw base, and a plastic diffuser lens fits over the bulb housing. I have had two out of the six fail where the lens comes loose. Because the lens is plastic, it does not break and the bulb actually continues to operate. But I have had to reattach the lens to the base on two bulbs. In one case the lens suddenly released and fell 10 feet to my kitchen floor with a loud crash, very startling. There seems to be a residue of some sort of glue dried up on the base, so this producer may use some inferior glue to secure the lens. Read more

I was a little worried with so few US reviews, and I was a little hesitant to order it. I'll say that the brightness is about what I'd say is around 70 watts incandescent, which is what I wanted. I also think the color is good for a bathroom. So far, I'm very happy with this purchase. I obviously don't know the longevity yet, but if it goes out prematurely, I'll edit this post. Read more

Out of the 6 pack, the plastic lens of two of the lights broke off just from twisting the bulb in the socket. I want to return them but I can’t, since they are now broken and stuck in the socket above my staircase. Read more

I checked all the bulbs when they arrived to see if they work and all ok. Four of the six came apart when removed from their boxes. I’ll have to hot glue the front of the bulbs back on before use. Read more
