This chair is a great purchase. The chair was not too difficult to assemble and was comfortable. It has a long seat which is great for taller folks. It is good quality, comfortable, the height and arms are adjustable. The back and seat tilt as one piece, the back alone does not tilt back. When I received the chair there was a note inside about an additional lumbar pillow that was available at no cost. I reached out to Sunnow and started the process. I received several emails keeping me apprised of steps I needed to do and following the progress of the delivery. Once delivered I received another email to confirm receipt and satisfaction with the pillow. The pillow does help with back support but might not be needed by everyone. The chair is really comfortable, for my back and my bottom. :) However, I'm not a fan of the arm rests because they don't lock into place. I bump them and they fall backward, making me need to swivel them back up. Read more

Nice chair. Easy to assemble. I also like the arms swivel up so the chair can be pushed all the way under the desk. I thought the arms were adjustable from a height perspective when I bought it, but they are not, they only go down to a set level, but it works for me. Read more

This chair is excellent quality for the price. I have sciatica and this chair is going to work great. The lumbar support is moderately adjustable. The seat cushion is large and thick, without any uncomfortable pressure points. The seat cushion material is cloth with a texture, so I'm afraid it's going to easily attract pet hair or lint. The folding arms are a nice feature, but the design of the height adjustment is awkward... but they work. Also, I'm 5' 9" and can adjust the hydraulic lift to a comfortable seat height, but I wouldn't recommend this chair if you are very tall (6 feet or more). I have the chair almost as high as it will go. Finally, assembling the chair (especially the awkward armrests) with only 1 person is a bit challenging, but it still only took me about 15 minutes. So far so good! Not too hard to put together super comfortable for me and cushy for the hours I have to sit at my desk. The adjustable arm rests are pretty neat, and they go low enough to fit under my desk. I will say be careful if you push on the armrests to adjust yourself they do tend to move a bit if you do that and I wasn't really thinking about it beforehand. Read more
