Not what I expected!!
The adjustments are sand bags that are very difficult to remove or put back in. I would rather buy adjustments that are solid rather than sand!! Read more
Comfortable Fit
They are surprising comfortable, compared to other ankle weights I've used before. They are relatively slim, and hold up well. I even put it on my wrists for some light arm workout, but a little too big to fit under my shirt sleeve. Easy to secure on legs, but a bit harder to put on one handed on your wrist. Read more
Comfortable! Easy to adjust! Good quality!
I got these two pound ankle weights for wearing when I’m waking on the treadmill in hopes of helping to build more muscle slowly and losing weight. So far I am very happy with them. I find them to be comfortable when wearing them. They are easy to put on, tighten, and take off! The strap to tighten them has a pretty good range so I think they would work for a variety of body shapes. When tightened they seem to stay at the ankle. If you put them on a little higher they do slip down to the ankle area but no lower. The material is kind of soft and feels nice. They don’t irritate my skin in any way! Two pounds is a perfect weight for me! When they’re on I notice that they are there, but not in a bad way. I can feel the extra weight but it doesn’t really limit what I can do. Other than maybe jumping, but you really shouldn’t be jumping with these anyway so you don’t cause yourself damage. My son who wrestles says they will help him during the wrestling season if he has to work on cutting some weight, under the guidance of his trainer of course! They seem durable and well made. Can use for ankle or wrists! Nice tight strap!
Well made with a durable material that will last some time. I’m a petite woman of small stature and was able to tighten the strap all way through and wrap around the outside of weight so wasn’t left with a long strap hanging off my ankle like I’ve experienced from other brands. Read more
Returned - weights were impossible to adjust
I really wanted to like these but the adjustable feature just doesn’t work. The individual weight inserts were nearly impossible to remove and getting them back in was even worse. After multiple tries I gave up and returned them. If you need adjustable ankle/wrist weights I’d look elsewhere. These were more frustration than function. Read more

Great value for a set of ankle weights. Great for adding extra resistance while running or working out. These are good for getting started fairly easy to use and got used to the 1lb pretty quickly. Would recommend. Read more
