I bought two, for my tiny space because I wanted to line it up just as you see it in the picture. I needed it to look "good" with the matching brushed metal cleaning brush in the center. One is used for the garbage, on the left. The one on the right has my Purell Surface cleaner spray, a large toothbrush shaped brush for the toilet (which is sitting in an open glass pickel jar so that it can lean sideways so the lid will close over the long handle) and a can of air freshner. I DID have to pour my Purell Surface spray cleaner into a smaller, better held spray container as the Purell spray bottle was too tall for the can. I DELIBERATELY did NOT attach the step on pedal to open the cans. We never use the pedal, it's always taking ankle space when you are standing at the sink, and, it just is one more thing to clean. Not attaching the foot pedal did NOT affect the slow close mechanism for the lid. These have worked perfectly for my needs. Read more

Top doesn’t automatically close after you use it. I have to manually place it down. Got it for the looks but would prefer it to close like many of the less fashionable ones I’ve used. I’d say it’s fine for a guest bathroom, or one you don’t use much. Not suitable for everyday use. Read more

Purchased Feb /2024 in stainless for trash under the kitchen sink cabinet. Just short enough to fit and still operate foot pedal for opening. Self closing is nice and works well. The liner bucket is easy to pull out on trash day and easy to wipe or rinse clean. Hard to find bags to line the bin - - - nothing quite fits the rectangular shape. We use Biobag 2.6 gallon compostable liner bags and it does the job once you fold it under lip of the liner bucket. Would buy again for sure. Read more

This is a great sturdy little trash bin. I bought it because my dogs kept stealing from the bathroom trash bin and needed something with a lid. The inner removable bin makes this very easy to keep clean and keep trash bags in place. Read more
