I use this lamp more than I do my overhead room light. Its multiple colors help to set any mood (Awake/Alert, Sleepy/Rest... Other activities~) and it made my room look so cool that my roommate got one for their room and we also have a similar but longer light in the living room. This was the light that started it all and I would recommend it any time! PS, I also find this more mature than the LED light strips that a lot of people decorate their spaces with.
