⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This large roaster was an absolute lifesaver this Thanksgiving! I used it to cook a 20-lb turkey, and it performed beautifully—juicy, evenly cooked, and perfectly browned. With only one stove available, this roaster completely freed up my kitchen and took so much stress out of hosting. The size is perfect for large birds, and the temperature control was spot-on the entire cook. I loved being able to set it and focus on sides, guests, and actually enjoying the holiday instead of juggling oven space. Cleanup was easy too, which is always a bonus after a long day of cooking. Bought this for Thanksgiving dinner, since I’m usually the person in my family to cook a feast! 😊Traditionally, I have always followed the basic traditional method of Turkey in baking pans, basing etc. On some years my turkey would either run a bit dry or just right. 🥺 I thought it was time to invest in one and boy, I am glad! I’ll admit, I was skeptical in what it could do. Pros: • easy to clean (I do see that after a session of Turkey cooking there was some slight build up, but nothing some good old scrubbing won’t fix) • kept turkey meat moist, crispy on the outside and browned evenly • a nice holder to prop the turkey up and add your garnishes and herbs to the bottom • plenty of recipes online to help utilize your oven with measurements etc • cooking time was relatively faster than traditional cooking for me • heat was evenly distributed and conducted well • design is sleek and fitting • holds up to a large Turkey of 26lbs • you place your choice of meat and walk away to multitask on other dishes/sides • nice little glass window opening to peep in on your cooked meal Cons: • a little bulky for some (but I wanted something that was large to feed a family of over 8 people) • finding kitchen or storage place for it (luckily I have space in my garage) Overall, I was able to make delicious turkey. I made a 22lbs turkey that feed 14-15 people. This electric toaster oven made it possible for me to finish all my sides. I skipped all the parts of basing and worrying about the turkey being moist and supple. My family members and friends also raved about the turkey and I told them to invest in one of these. You could not go wrong with one of these in your kitchen especially if you usually cook for a larger crowd. I love my new roaster oven and will never go back to traditional methods. Used for Thanksgiving and it worked out great. Only issue is when we first started it, it smelled like burnt plastic. We had to take it outside and finish cooking in our garage because it smelt so bad. Our bird cooked quicker than expected, so it definitely works great. Read more

It is bigger than I thought it would be. However, it is big enough to cook a turkey, with the vegetables. It feels like a combination roaster and slow cooker. It is easy to clean. I love it because I do not have to put on the oven. And, I can cook a bunch of vegetables and put a whole chicken in it and have a stew or soup. I even through in the rice after a few hours and everything cooked in one put and not several pots. Again, I love it. Read more
