I ordered this for my granddaughter's costume. The size chart was accurate, and it fit perfectly over her dress, with plenty of room to breath and eat, and it didn't roll or ride up when sitting. Very cute and easy to wear! It is thick and the elastic is very durable. It closes up with four buttons in the back in a straight line so it isn't really adjustable. It is stretchy but it will also suck everything in so be aware! Other than that it has lasted me three Halloweens so I can’t really complain. Read more
