I bought this SUPCASE Beetle Pro for my Galaxy S22 Ultra because I dropped my phone way too many times — and I have to say, so far, it’s doing its job amazingly well. This case feels like a fortress, but the built-in stand is the unexpected MVP when I want to watch YouTube or video chat hands-free. What Makes It Great: Super Rugged Build: The dual-layer design (hard polycarbonate + TPU) gives excellent drop protection. As Hitech Century noted, it's “built like a tank,” and I believe it — I dropped my phone off my dresser, and everything came through unscathed. Hitech Century Integrated Kickstand: The case’s stand works in horizontal mode, making it perfect for watching videos. It clicks in tightly enough to be stable but still folds flat when not in use. Full-Body Armor: It’s not just about shock — the case also has raised bezels to protect the screen and camera. On Reddit, one user said it “kept it pristine for 2 years” on a previous phone. Reddit Belt-Clip Option: The version I got came with a detachable belt clip, which is super handy when I’m carrying my phone around while working. Good Value: Considering the level of protection + stand + clip, the price feels very fair compared to ultra-premium rugged cases. Some Trade-offs to Keep in Mind: Bulkiness: It’s a thick case. If you love the sleek, slim feel of the S22 Ultra, this will feel hefty — but that’s the trade-off for serious protection. Stand Durability Question: A few reviewers (on MobileFun) mention the stand feels a little flimsy; I haven’t broken it yet, but I don’t slam it open either. Mobile Fun Wireless Charging Fit: The case supports wireless charging, but you might need to align things carefully due to the case’s thickness. Weighty for Pocket Use: Because of the rugged materials, it’s not the most pocket-friendly — plan to carry it in a bag or larger pocket. Bottom Line: If you want a seriously protective case for your S22 Ultra and a built-in stand for watching videos, this SUPCASE Beetle Pro is a fantastic pick. It’s not ultra-slim, but it gives you peace of mind — and the stand is perfect for media or hands-free calls. For me, it’s exactly what I needed to stop babying my phone. Read more

Obviously at the time of this review, the phone will not be out yet, but I wanted to give some help to others looking for a good case in the limited selection right now. This will be one of the better cases we have to pick from right now, with good protection and value. There's the plastic frame that goes around the phone that adds to the protection, before you put the case on. I currently have a S8+ that has this type of case on it from day 1, and the phone remains in perfect condition even after being dropped plenty. Now for the 1 star reviews. The kickstand one, of course things made out of plastic will break. This is a feature that I don't care about and would have bought the same case if there was an option without it. Don't expect much from it, and why would you from a $25 case. The next one should be reported for abuse! This person not only complains about the lack of a screen protector, which it clearly states it does not have one, they also complain about a phone they bought without knowing it doesn't have a SD card slot, also clearly stated! Seems like a Troll review. There's a reason why these cases are not going with screen protectors anymore, they suck! They're flimsy plastic that reduces the screens clarity and also allows dust to get under the protector, which you have to remove from the case to clean. Both cases I had on my S8+ had protectors, both were removed and had the normal ones put on. Conclusion, buy the case and add your own screen protector, the result is the perfect combo. Also, treat your phone like you're holding $1,500, you can only protect carelessness so much! Read more

Case is great but IT WILL BREAK! Still works after breaking but usually lose the tripod function afterward. It's my 3rd purchase and will continue to buy for my phone because it has saved so much money with claims and such. Read more

Hands down the best case I've ever had! I bought this almost 3yrs ago now and just recently bought a second one! That's how long it took before the first one broke enough to where I had to replace it lol, the durability is fantastic! My phone has been kicked off grooming tables, dropped on concrete from my pocket or from my Lifted jeep, it's protected my phone through so much! Phone fits great in it, easy to grip and looks pretty good! My only complaints about it is it's hard at first to get it on or get your phone out of it because I'm always afraid I'll end up breaking the plastic top frame, and it's very hard getting the stand on the back open. But other than that, this will always be my go to case! Read more

I've had this case now on two different phones (the first was an S20+, and now this one, the S22 ultra). For both phones, the case felt solid and sturdy, and I very much like how well protected the edges of the curved glass are. Surprisingly, it's still easy to access the edge panel despite the case having raised sides that protect the curved glass. Just as a warning, my kickstand did break on my previous case (for the S20+) after 3 or 4 months of heavy use of the kickstand. That bothered me a lot on the old case because I used that kickstand a LOT. I ended up buying an otterbox case with the popsockets built into the case, because I trusted that brand. I very much regret that, as the lack of protection on the sides ended up leading to my phone breaking on perfectly flat concrete. This case, however, protected my old phone through many drops (I am very possibly one of the most clumsy people on the planet...I drop my phone a lot) and I expect it will do the same for this phone (as the features of the case are pretty identical, just shaped to fit a different phone). I would MUCH rather pay the $25 or so that I paid for this case a couple times a year than lose out on the $1400 I paid for thus new phone. Buy this case, you won't regret it. Especially if you're clumsy as hell. Read more
