I'm a 7.5 U.S. and I bought the Medium/6.5-8 and they worked wonderfully. I put them in a pair of 5inch stiletto peep-toe pumps that I wore for the first time to a birthday party and these inserts really made them bearable. It's one continuous piece that supports your foot, give you arch support and keeps you a bit more on your heel than your toe when put in high heels. I thought that they weren't going to fit at first but than I read that they are actually supposed to cup your foot so they do appear a bit wider but they flex so once you get them in and push them up toward the heel of your shoe they push right down when you step in them. I thought maybe it would be nice to have some padding in the forefoot and make these a little longer so I also tried the Powerstep Slenderfit Fashion Orthotic because they do have a little cushion in the front but they are way to bulky and the firm orthotic part is just in the arch so they became painful. The Superfeet Delux are much higher quality, I like the suede like feel of the sole as it really holds your foot and place and I think it will clean better over time and having it one sold flexible peace means my whole foot from heel to arch is supported. You can switch them out between pairs but Im going to order a few for my favorite pairs so they are just in there and ready to go. Make sure you look for the L, Left, and R, for Right on the bottom. It's not intuitive which one is which and I put them in the wrong shoe the first time around. Glad someone finally got high heeled insoles right this time :) Read more

Soles are thin as advertised, but they helped support my arches and made walking more comfortable. The insoles haven’t shifted while wearing them but they do move when I take my boots off. Would recommend, but don’t expect your pain to completely go away. Read more

It’s technically a great product. I was curious about the old ones because of a review here and I would say it does fit better, but not because the arch is better (they look the same to me) but because the extra padding makes the shoe much tighter. The original design looks like it adds only just the right amount of lift vs the new one looks like you are required to remove existing insoles to fit comfortably. For leather shoes with padding under leather insoles this doesn’t really work. Anyways it’s a good product but I’ll probably tear away the antimicrobial sole to get a better fit. It only seems to fit okay on heeled sandals, for boots it’s a very tight fit. Read more

I have super flat feet and have had a bunion on my left foot for several years - as I've started hiking the past year or so, it has gotten worse and started to become painful too. I never regularly used insoles, and when I did they'd be the cheap drugstore kind. After injuring my knee on a 45+ mile week long hike, my feet were killing me, so I researched insoles and gave these a try. I have had these for almost a month and even wore them daily on a trip to Europe that involved lots of walking around all day. I have virtually no pain in my left foot anymore (actually one day I started to walk around without them and had to go back to the hotel and get the insoles because the pain was so bad!). Amazingly, the bunion on my left foot also seems to have somewhat corrected itself - when I look at my feet now, the left looks almost like the right. I now wear these every day, in flats, boots or heels. In a few cases, mainly flats, I don't wear them because they make the shoe fit improperly (too tight, cuts into my skin near my toes). But I'd say they fit 80-90% of the shoes I own. The one drawback is that in some shoes they can slide around a bit when you're getting the shoe on - again mainly the case with flats, where these may also slide around as you walk. To be clear, they don't slide around in most heels or boots. I'm wondering if some kind of Velcro or sticky thing on the bottom of the insole might help. TL;DR: Suck it up and buy a pair if you have flat feet or a bunion, helps with pain and may even help correct the bunion Read more

I am size 8, wear woman's size 8.5 shoes and find Superfeet Delux High Heel Large fit my dress shoes/boots fine. They fit a little snug, which works out better because they would not move around when I walk or run. The Superfeet Delux inserts are rigid, similar to my orthotics custom made by my doctor. Although they do not feel the same as custom orthotics, they do provide some relief. When exercise, walking or running, I prefer my custom orthotics. But they are full length and hard to move from shoe to shoe. The full length orthotics also make my dress shoes and boots very tight. The Superfeet 3/4 are easy to remove and reinsert into my dress shoes and boots, which I change almost daily. For something that's not custom made, these exceeded my expectation. Read more
