I dropped these into my Lacrosse rain boots to replace the flat stock insoles, and the difference was noticeable right away. The boots feel more supportive and don’t have that “hard slab” feeling anymore. I wear them for outdoor work, sometimes for hours at a time, and my feet are definitely less sore by the end of the day. They fit well without needing to trim and didn’t change how the boots feel around the ankle. Simple upgrade, but it made my boots a lot more comfortable to work in. Will post a follow up review after these fail or last at least 12 months Read more

Super good Superfeet Hikers! These are so supportive, so well made, so comfortable, that I ordered three pair for three different hiking boots. These are an amazing product that have really really helped my feet and allowed me to hike much longer distances without pain. That’s not easy with a neuroma and tender arches. Well done, Superfeet! 😊😊😊 Read more

The Hike insoles are thick, soft, and feel very nice walking around. The arch support is medium high, but there is some give, so they feel supportive but not excessive. They have extra padding under the heel and the ball of your feet. The thickness, which is about a quarter inch in spots, can be a problem if your boots are on the tight side. I bought these to put in a pair of Merrell Jungle Moc shoes, but they raised my feet up high enough that the shoes started rubbing the back of my heels uncomfortably and my toes felt a bit squished. I think these would work better in lace-up, over-the-ankle boots than in snug loafers. Read more

Excellent comfort and cushioning with enough support to prevent foot fatigue or pain. While suffering with heal spur pain these have been a huge help in my hiking boots. Read more

I would highly recommend these for heavy use case. So I started a new hobby “ rucking” this is hiking with 30-60 pounds in a pack and go 3-10 miles at a time. I had ordered a pair of military style boots to work out and ruck in , I put abt 40 miles on them and it had completely collapsed the original insoles and gave me a crazy injury in the back of my knees it was really hard to walk or run. I ordered these insoles and I’d say with in 5 days the pain was gone and I felt fine. They have held up very well in wet and dry conditions. I’m not sure how many miles Iv put on them in the past 6 months but I know they have held up better than I expected. Only one problem so far. So the orange circle in the center of the hill came off and moved under the insole. Simple fix , small piece of gorilla tape and some glue and they are fine. I mix 6oz of warm water, teaspoon of sent booster pellets and 4oz of vinegar in a spray bottle. I use this to clean and deodorize the insoles and boots. No issues with that. I tell everyone abt the insoles I even wear them everyday at work as a landscaper they are not to stiff for every day use as I thought they would be so hope this helps definitely recommend them. PRODUCT: "Superfeet Hike Cushion Insoles - Trim-to-Fit Flexible Arch Support Inserts for Hiking Boots or Shoes - Professional Grade with Odor Control" PROS: Look really good CONS: There is a statement right in the ad title that these have "Flexible Arch Support", but I disagree strongly!!! The plastic base under the foam padding is quite stiff. I won't say it is absolutely inflexible, but that's close. The very reason I bought these inserts is for their "flexibility" in the arch-heel area. WRONG!!! Next came the real test - walking. I wore these on a few short walks in my neighborhood - about 45 minutes and a mile or so each - and they felt just OK, but I reserved my review for a longer trial. Today, I wore these inserts in my boots for a shopping trip to several stores. 2.5 hours and maybe 2.5 miles later, and my feet were absolutely killing me. I will admit I was on parking pavement and hard floors in multiple stores, but why buy boot inserts except for padding and comfort? These provided neither. RECOMMENDATIONS: DO NOT buy these inserts unless you want your feet to hurt so bad you can't continue using them after a couple of miles? I do not return items of personal use after I have used them, so I'll just eat the cost of these inserts, but I warn you. Run like the devil from these inserts and do not look back!!! Read more
