I paired the Superfeet Hike Support insoles with my Merrell Moab 3s and I’m blown away. Over a two-week trek, I hiked about 120 miles and climbed over 30,000 feet of elevation over 14 days. Not once did my feet hurt. No hot spots, no aching arches, no blisters and no “end of day” foot pain. They provided steady support all day and made my boots feel more stable and comfortable, especially on long climbs and descents. They fit my size 14 shoes right out of the box and feel durable and supportive without being bulky. I also tested Road Runner Sports custom insoles in-store with a side-by-side comparison. With the Road Runner insoles, my ankles rolled. With the Superfeet, I felt noticeably more stable and the overall comfort was better. If you’re putting in real miles and want your feet to feel good day after day, these are the best insoles I’ve used. Highly recommend. Read more
Buy these ! Super feet have saved my feet. Doctor recommended these for my heel-spur, with a heal spur you literally have a bone growing out the bottom of your foot. I would have pain with even a modest walk. I replaced them every year on my birthday. The insoles have a stiff rear plastic cup that helps stabilize your foot, the arch is modest and not overly high. You just have to cut them to the same shape of the useless original insoles that come with your shoes. Read more
I ordered the size 5.5-7 Men / 6.5-8 Women. I just recently got these a few days ago and have been loving them thus far. I am a size 7.5 W and I didn't have to cut the insoles at all - they fit perfectly in my Hoka hiking boots. They definitely have a lot more arch support than the soles my Hoka's came with and are much thicker. This could potentially be something to watch out for if you have wider feet as it is a tighter fit with these insoles. I like the firmness and feel of them thus far but I have only used them to walk my dog (although I do live in WA state and a normal walk still involves lots of hills). Either way, once I take them hiking for a few months I plan to update my review to see how these end up holding up. I think they will be worth the money if they last at least 1-2 years but a lot of reviews say they break down faster than that. I am not an avid hiker like these other reviewers so maybe for a casual hiker they will be fine. Read more

I use these insoles in every pair of military boots I buy for everything from admin work to rucking. Every time I buy a new pair of combat boots I buy a pair of these to accompany them. They hold up well from my experience and I experience breakdown in the fabric after about 1.5 years, which is about as long as the boots last anyway since they go through all sorts of torture in my use. I've used them in Lowa Innox, Salomon XA Forces, Lowa Zephyr, and Nike Field Ukiah. All were great boots that were greatly improved by these insoles. Read more
Fit perfect without any trimming they do slide around in my shoes a little, will have to see how long they last. Read more
I’ll cut to the chase — these were comfortable, no doubt about it. I have high arches and went with the med/high option, which felt great. No trimming needed; they dropped right into my size 10.5 work boots and stayed put. That said, durability was a letdown. I bought these on 5/7/25 and wore them about 80–90 hours every two weeks. By month four, they were worn through at the toes and ready to be replaced. For reference, I’m 6’1", 185 lbs, and wear work boots (non-construction). I know insole lifespan can vary based on use, but 6–12 months seems to be the standard expectation — and these didn’t make it there. At $55, I expected better longevity. I’d consider buying them again if they could hold up for at least six months, but for now, I’m switching brands to see if I can get more wear for the money. Read more
Works great. Feet took a couple of days to get used to them but feels good now. Read more
