I waited a while to write this review that’s why these insoles look worn in! This is after months of use! For reference I wear a women’s size 9 wide and have not had to cut any of the multiple pairs of these I have bought. I am nurse working 12+ hours on my feet, I developed plantar fasciitis and needed some extra support in my shoes! I have a medium to high arch and these have been a lifesaver and have held up extremely well for as much use as they get! I switch between shoes, therefore I bought several insoles. I keep my work shoes separate from my home life, yard work shoes! These out of all of the ones I have tried have been the absolute best as far as comfort, support and longevity. I pair these with Hoka Bondi women’s size 9 wide and with the ASICS nimbus 25/26 women’s size 9 wide! And this combination of shoes with insoles has helped relieve my plantar fasciitis pain. Way better than DrScholls. I was doubtful at first because they are pricey but a specialist told me they were worth it and they really are! I have plantar fasciitis and really high arches. This size if perfect for both. The arch support these provide is excellent. They are easy to size and fit well in my running shoes. I use them in all my running and walking shoes. They hold up well and typically I will use them for a year before replacing. They wash easily in the washing machine and are comfortable. I've been steadily increasing my weekly mileage and needed a little extra support for mild plantar fasciitis, so I thought I'd try inserts. I bought these and the regular Easyfeet inserts to try. It's hard to review these things because everyone is built differently, but I am a neutral runner, generally petite with "regular" width feet. Unfortunately, I would not recommend these unless your heels are fairly narrow. I'll probably use them in regular shoes but not for running, the heel cup is noticeably small, such that my heel doesn't actually sit inside the insert unless I'm firmly in the stance phases of my stride. The Easyfeet, on the other hand, fit well, do exactly what I needed a running insert to do, and as a bonus also cost less. Read more
