Hope it lasts
So far so good, love the fact that it’s more firm them others & hopefully it last longer. I’m a size 7 women so I got the second size from the first one. I heard they run smaller & I’m so glad I got the next size up. Fits perfectly. Well made, there wasn’t any adhesive but it’s not sliding around because it fits perfect. Comfortable and reversable
I have supination only on my right foot so only needed one but only pairs are sold. But THIS insole is reversable so I flipped the left over and put it into a second right shoe. Brilliant and useful! The insoles are very comfortable and I could feel the difference in just a few days. Read more
Not strong enough
The cushions compress as soon as you step in them. They don't hold their form and it makes them pretty useless unfortunately. I would have returned them, but I had to cut them to make them fit in my shoes (I wear a size 6 in women's). Read more
What supinators need to know
I couldn't tell from the pictures before I ordered, but the insoles aren't just built up on the outside of the heel area as I thought for supination. The entire insert is higher on the full outside length of the sole. This may be ok for some, but it then caused my feet to be tilted inward so much that it shoved my feet up against the inside walls of my shoes. Really uncomfortable and unusable. I have to return these. Found a silicone insert for just the heel area in different heights that should work well. Read more
They work!
I am knock knee’d. I look like an idiot when I walk it makes me look heavier and it’s starting to be uncomfortable on my hips and feet. I’ll be honest I bought these for vanity reasons because I wanted to change my gate. I bought a couple different kinds I like them all, but these are my favorite. They really are amazing. They’re not expensive so you can try them and see if they work for you but they worked for me and I’m thrilled because I’m a nurse and I put them in my new HOKA’s and made them 1 million times more comfortable for me. Hip, IT band and plantar fasciitis relief
It took me a lot of trial and error with multiple insoles and shoes before I realized that my hip, foot and IT band pain was caused by my left foot and ankle was out of alignment ( supination ) Within two days, my entire leg is no longer in pain and my gate ( walking stride) in much better shape.
