It's like a poor quality, lumpy, flat squishmallow. I think this was supposed to be cylindrical out of the packaging? There was also an open seam on mine. Absolutely not supportive for my neck issue. It's sad because I think this is a small company with perhaps a good idea that maybe got screwed on scaling up manufacturing or packaging or something. Not worth the money, waste of materials. This pillow is actually quite comfortable. The fabric used is realllyy soft. It's really nice to sleep on/cuddle with because of that. My only gripes are the difficulty in washing, and that there was a small hole in the seam when this arrived. Unless you've got a good pillow case on it and are careful with it, it's not super easy to wash. It's a little smaller than I expected, but I still need to add more of the fluff to get it to my liking. Overall, I'd say it's a quite comfy pillow and doesn't leave me waking up with an achey neck like I've experienced with many others. Read more
