(edited review 4-11-23) After I wrote my initial review, the seller reached out to me about my problems and offered to send me a replacement free of charge. I waited for a bit after receiving it to make sure it was functioning properly. I'm happy to say that the replacement works great and has a great battery life. It looks like my first one was just a bum battery. The replacement functions just as well, and still shows a full charge after using it for quite a while now. I've updated my rating to reflect this. It's a good product from a good company who went out of their way to make things right. If I need another lighter in the future, I'll be getting another one of these. (original review below) I really liked this lighter when I first got it. It's fun and easy to use, the little plasma jet is pretty cool to light your wicks. But the battery life in this thing royally sucks. Sometimes I can use it 7 or 8 times before I have to recharge it, sometimes I can only light 3 wicks before its blinking to me that it's out of juice and needs to be recharged. Its great product, when it works. But that absolutely pathetic battery life ruins it. Read more

Cool item. Won’t charge. So as soon as this charge runs out it will be useless. Update: it wouldn’t charge with the usbc cable I normally use. Just to check I tried charging with the small cord provided, and it charges right up. Not sure why it wouldn’t charge with my other cord of the same type, but as long as it works with the cord supplied, all is well. It works great. A quick zap on the wick is all it takes. Read more

This works, but I'm not a fan. It has such a small space between the two things that a large wick sometimes does not fit. It does not emit enough light for someone with vision problems to use. The sound it makes is unearthly. I don't know how you would start a fire with this when I can barely start a candle. Plus the orange outside marked up so easily scratches etc that mine looks like it's 20 years old now after two weeks. Read more

I love this lighter! It is really handy and works great! I've always used to BIC lighters but always hated when they would run out of fuel and I'd have to buy a new one. With this lighter, all I have to do is plug it in to recharge the battery! It's AWESOME! Plus, it is small and PINK! Ditch the butane lighters and buy one of these! You won't regret it! Read more

Overall ok lighter. Yet thicker and shorter than it appears, which is a bit disappointing. There is a safety function which is good. Use is easy and simple yet since it is shorter than expected, need to be careful when moving around fuels.
