I have ordered multiple sets of these Crystal Bird Statues. They are beautiful and different from the usual decor you see. One of these statues got lost in shipping and the customer service was excellent. I received a reply in less than 24 hours and a refund in less than 48 hours. I had already reordered the item, but the seller offered to resend the item and put a rush on it. That is appreciated because this last set purchased is for a friends upcoming housewarming. Read more
