I was recommended these to block blue light during video game play and I have honestly started wearing them as often as possible. Your eyes feel an immediate sense of relief when you put them on and that dull ache from watching too much TV or sitting in front of the computer too long is GONE after wearing these. Upon receiving my glasses, I put them on immediately! They fit me like they were molded for my face (regular size)! I sit at the computer all day at home and my eyes were beginning to hurt from the eye strain and even became blurry at times. I've had the glasses for about a week now. Let me tell you about my first night with them.......my husband and I do a lot of computer gaming. The first time I put them on, my eyes did a snoopy dance! No more strain, no more blurry, no more issues at all! I LOVE LOVE LOVE these glasses! Not sure how I lived without them to be honest! I had NO idea that blue light was stealing my melatonin and making it difficult to go to sleep. Now I know! I wore them for approximately 2 hours the first night. It was around 11:30pm when I sat down at the computer. By the end of hour one, I was actually getting drowsy (which never happens!). I thought to myself, this is just a coincidence. But I have to tell you, THE VERY FIRST NIGHT, I had the BEST EVER sleep of my life! I am not kidding or exaggerating. I slept like a log. You stated that it might take up to a week to get the benefits from wearing the glasses. Nope, not for me, it took ONE day to rock me into gentle sleep. No eye strain whatsoever anymore and each night, I sleep as if I were 5 years old again! These amber glasses have literally changed my life. Thank you for making such an awesome product! I can't find any negative issues with the glasses, but if I had to say something, it would be that the amber color changes some of the colors in my games! That was the only thing I didn't like, but I've gotten used to the colors now. I know that the amber color is the way to go to block out almost 100% of the blue light. Again, I adore these glasses and wear them almost all the time....in the sun, at the computer, in the kitchen where I have fluorescent and LED lighting. I wear these every night after 7:30 and they make me fall asleep so easily! Unlike others that say they block blue light, these really do powerfully. I feel my eyes relax so much wearing these that I didn’t even realize how much I was straining them at night. It has restored a healthy circadian rhythm and I sleep so well. Just put these on when you’re watching tv or scrolling in your phone at night- you’ll notice a huge difference! If you’re travelling use these at night to adjust to the new sleep times and they’ll really help sleep and got onto a new time zone so easily. These were even better then described! Extremely well made and came quickly in nice packaging and storage box. I loved them so much I bought a pair for each of my family members. The best part they have a great stylish look- so you look stylish and save your health at the same time. I get lots of compliments on my cat eye pair - I think these are my favorite- they have a fun retro style. I would highly recommend these to anybody who cares about their health and children's health as well. This blue light is doing more damage to our bodies then we are aware of and these glasses are a good start to protecting yourself from the mass amounts of blue light we are faced with each day. LOVE... I absolutely love these things...I was skeptical that these glasses could be as good as they were reported to be... my husband insisted that I give them a try and went so far as to buy them for me for Christmas... After only three days, I was sold...I noticed first off that I can wear them in any light level... we have one room that is permadark because of a day sleeper... I was able to go from daylight to that room with only electronics for light with no discomfort... I am light sensitive to begin with and was worried that I would be constantly switching from sunglasses to these... I am happy to report that was not the case... I have been able to drive wearing these... while they are not"sunglasses" they still reduced the glare significantly...most importantly they enabled me to sleep... we are a device loving household....laptops, tablets, smartphones in multiples...and they are on any time of the day or night because of our night shift worker... often feet from where I am trying to sleep...within a couple of days of wearing them, I was able to drift off quicker and slept much deeper than normal.. it is really amazing the difference this has made for me...it is nice to have something live up to the hype....
