Love these, but they are more salmon than true pink

I do love these. They are comfortable and sparkly and understated but eye-catching. I can wear them to sleep and they don't poke in my head. I just put them on and leave them there for days. The only thing is that the color has a bit more orange than I was expecting. They are almost a peach color, or at the very least salmon color, and not a baby pink or rose like I was expecting. They conflict a little with actually pink clothes, and I wish they were closer to a pink color than they are, because I think it's more flattering to my skin tone than colors in the orange or peach family. I think what it is, is that the stone itself is pink, but because it's fully surrounded in the back and on the sides by the rose-gold (which is an orangish/brassy pink) that it changes the quality of the pink stone to be more like a peach. I bet it would be prettier, and pinker, if it were not set in rose-gold metal but rather in something silver toned. Oh well. I still like them a lot and will wear them regularly. Read more
