Honestly once it arrived it was beyond what I expected! It’s such great quality and I’m so happy I ended up deciding to do this one the white leather on it is so soft and comfortable🤍 The adjustment capability is perfect it gets low enough for my desk and high enough for my feet to dangle lol and I’m 5’3! I’m also plus size so I was hoping it wasn’t too small but it’s extremely spacious it leaves so much space for me and I can even sit my pup next to me or a plush and still be very comfortable! Very sturdy the rocking option is a huge plus! Assembly was super easy my husband was the one who built it for me but the instructions were all pictured and extremely easy to follow with ALL the tools provided in order to build it! There is absolutely nothing wrong with this chair at all , it’s perfect and elegant and very comfortable as well as several adjustments including rocking ability and very sturdy. However, after a costly assembly by a pro craftsman, my chair is NOT height adjustable. NEITHER does it recline--AT ALL. My previous chair was a gamer's chair because I wanted a high back, and at the time, only gamers' chairs came up in a search. Compared to that chair, this is miles ahead. It's wider and far more comfortable, has a similarly high back, and comes with an extra cushion that I use for my lower lumbar. First - the assembly. I must say this assembly, among others that this non-mechanically inclined person has done, was by far the most idiot-proof. I did have to work out in my head how to attach the footrest as shown, but I got it on the first try! There are some aspects I have not figured out yet, or am not completely thrilled with. For example, it says it has a rock feature. However, I do not know how to rock (or rock and freeze in place). So far, the chair doesn't rock, the seat is tilted at a slightly downward angle, and I'd like to rock and lock it into a more level position. I'm only able to tilt the seatback to lie almost flat, and pull out the footrest for a comfortable, almost lazy-boy-like experience. The footrest, and I am short, does not come out too far, but because I'm short, I can bend my knees. If you're average height or tall, I'm not sure what you could do. A well deserved upgrade to my home desktop experience. This chair is so comfortable. I love it that it is oversized for big n tall. I'm slender weigh 180+/-, 5' 11" so it's nice and roomy. Almost big enough for the girlfriend to sit side by side in the chair. It took me about 20 minutes to complete the assembly. The instruction sheet very simple step by step. I used a DeWalt Atomic 1/4" impact driver set on the lowest torque setting. The footrest feels a little flimsy. Time will tell how long it lasts. The pillow an added bonus to the chair's experience and overall comfort. The back of the chair is tall enough to rest my head fully cradling my skull. I chose white for several reasons. Read more

This is the 4th attempt at a new office chair since July. Maybe I’m the problem? The chair is cute, compared to most office chairs. The seat is big, which is nice. The padding on the back is cozy. This is about all I like about this chair. It’s heavy and hard to move around, so if possible, put this together near where it will eventually be used. I had a really hard time getting this up the stairs once assembled. It’s also pretty difficult to get the back on by yourself. I’m pretty well versed at putting chairs together at this point and the back of this chair is so heavy. I did manage to assemble by myself, but it wasn’t easy as some other chairs I’ve had. The lever to lock the tilt function doesn’t work. So yes, it reclines but it doesn’t just sit straight up at all, no way to make the chair a “solid” back chair. You can adjust so the recline is stiffer, but not to lock it completely. This is really hard on my lower back - and I want to preface this by saying I don’t have back problems. But sitting in the wrong chair for hours will give you back problems!! I work at home and sit in an office chair for 9ish hours a day, 5-6 days a week. Finding one that’s actually supportive has been impossible and this one is no exception. It’s the cushiest chair but not AT ALL ergonomic. The seat padding feels hard once you sit in it. I can feel pressure points after sitting for 5 minutes. If I sit up and try not to rest on the back of the chair at all, the seat feels like it’s leaning forward. I’m in a no-win situation for what I need this chair for. Is there an office chair made for sitting in all day? I’m starting to think not! Also, this is made for “big and tall”. I am both of those things. As a 6 foot tall woman, this chair is too tall at its lowest setting. The arms don’t adjust and are about 3-4” too low to rest on while typing. The foot rest only comes out far enough for my knees rest on, it doesn’t extend far enough for my calves to rest on, so that makes the foot rest equally useless. This appears to be made for someone much taller than me who also has much shorter legs than me. If you need an office chair to sit in for 20 minutes at most, this might work for you! Meanwhile, after shelling out about $1k in different office chairs in the last 6 months, I’m gonna go lay down for some back relief and make sure you know what you’re getting into with this one. Side note: I miss stores. So much. I miss furniture you could buy assembled. I miss having someone who knows their products and can recommend the correct item for you. I miss going to the office store and there was a sea of chairs you could buy, with warranties and ergonomic ratings and actual people who knew their products. I’m not even old, and I miss it so much! Item was packed nicely. it went together pretty easy the directions were simple to follow. nice cushiony seat unlike other PC chairs I had in the past. after I unpacked it took about 45 minutes to assemble by myself. very nice I am happy with this chair..
