They don’t make computer desk chairs like they used to, and I got tired of forking out a couple hundred dollars every year or so. So this time I decided to look for a chair that looked sturdy, but was affordable. This chair seems pretty sturdy, is relatively comfortable, and was easy to put together. I only sit at my desk an hour or so each morning while I drink coffee and catch up on the news. Don’t know how comfortable this chair would be as an all day working chair for an office. It’s similar to chairs in doctors waiting rooms. Overall I’m satisfied with the quality and value for my situation. Read more

I ordered this chair for my husband. He had broken his both hips few years ago. He needed stable comfortable office chair. We received the chair 5 days ahead of schedule! It is really appreciated. His previous chair was getting wobbly. I was concerned. The metal frame of this chair is solid - no assembly required! This is the most important reason I ordered it. The only thing was to screw the sit and the back cushions to the frame. All parts are included - even the Allen wrench and the extra screws and a washer. Instruction for the installation is very clear - all parts are clearly marked. The chair is the perfect height and size. The cushions are soft enough but still provide enough support. The feel of the cushions is nice. The chair looks great! I would recommend this chair for those who need stability, functionality, and comfort! Read more

I've spent a lifetime sitting in center-post desk chairs and I hate them. You can feel the posts sticking up your backside and they break down easily (forget the ads showing people sitting cross-legged in their chairs. They're all skinny; not remotely like real users). Finally I decided to get what is essentially a doctor's waiting room chair, which I've always found reasonably comfortable. I'm not fond of the PU leather covering, but I knew that going in and it was easily solved by adding a thin fabric cushion. I am not tall, so this chair put me at a much better height in front of my desk than my old chair, so I'm not on tip-toes and hunched forward. As I've always had a bad habit of leaning on them, I wish the arms were higher, but that's a trivial complaint. The sled base is sturdy and easy to move. This is not a fancy chair with fancy details, and if you simply must have wheels, look elsewhere. The price, unfortunately, swings wildly for some reason, but if you can get it on the days it's in the $55 - $60 range, you'll have a nice sturdy place to sit in front of your desk. One last thing. For pete's sake, get some help putting it together, especially if you're older, like me. There are very few parts, but it's definitely a four-handed project. The screws, especially when putting on the back, can easily slip and disappear into the hollow metal. It took me a lot of time, cussing, and a good pair of tweezers to get them out again. Read more

This was a big pain in the butt to assemble. I don’t know why America is in love with Allen screws and Allen Wrenches. It was hard to get everything lined up for the two arms, but after that, it was fairly easy. Pretty comfortable chair. Seem to be pretty well built. Read more

This is one of the best chairs I’ve bought. It’s very sturdy and the cushions support your back. They aren’t hard but they aren’t soft enough to sink in. It’s the perfect chair for sitting at your desk for long hours! Read more

Great chairs and they look classy. I bought 8 chairs. Even though the boxes got beat up during shipping the chair parts were well packaged and undamaged. They take about 15 minutes/chair to build if you take your time. They are a bit awkward at first but I just laid the back of the chair on the corner of the box to get started and it was the perfect height to put the arms on. The box is too wide to put both arms on unless you do it on the corner. I saw some negative reviews with stuffing coming out and I believe those came from buyers putting chairs together incorrectly. Definitely a good product out of the box in my opinion. They are sturdy and seem like they will last, but only time will tell. Read more
