I was not expecting much when I received this item I'll be honest. I thought I would get a box that would keep your food "warm" and for a decent amount of time. Boy was I wrong, the food is indeed HOT, this thing you could probably cook a meal in the tray it gets so hot. The warming tray itself is pretty small so if your planning on putting anything of substantial size in here its probably not going to fit, but its enough for a normal size warm meal and it definitely does the Job. The buttons are basically self explanatory so it is easy to use. The inner metal bowl is one solid unit with leak proof vacuum seal top. For those who like environmentally sound food container, this is a good alternative. The weight of the whole box with food is light enough to be carried around easily. However, the box size is not small enough to fit inside most women's tote bag. You need to hold it with your hand or put it in the backpack. The heating and warming functions are very reliable and effective. It will not heat up the food super hot but good enough for any lunch item. But there are a few issues that can improve. This is a really good option for toting around hot meals, especially if you work somewhere without easy microwave access.
