I love this because it is stainless steel without any junk that will put toxins in my food but it also has the clear lid, which All-Clad does NOT have for their SS pan this size. This saute pan arrived in a nice branded box like you would find in a retail store. The glass top and pan were packaged in cardboard with some plastic bags over it. The main issue and reason for a lower score is the the pan handle actually broke through their branded box and through the outer Amazon box and was scratched up upon arriving. That means that the product's packaging is inadequate to keep their product safe. Despite the handle having issues from being scraped up, the pan is Very weighty and can be used in an oven or on the stove and works very well. Another thing I don't like is that they say it is dishwasher safe but safer to be hand washed. The weight of this pan makes it a bit of a chore to hand wash, so I would have liked to put it in the dish washer. But if that might mess it up, there isn't really a choice. Overall, it's a fantastic pan that is most likely well worth the money. However, the inadequate packaging and sheer weight of this makes it more of a difficult choice for me to fully recommend. This pan has gotten a lot of use since we've gotten it. It is incredibly well crafted. Heavy pan with a heavy glass lid that is vented for steam. Good thick stainless steel this is non-stick without having a toxic coating. This pan is large at 11" and also very deep. It is also oven safe so you can finish a dish that you started on the stove. The heat distribution is perfect on this. It is very easy to clean, so far everything has come right off. I don't currently use a dishwasher, but it does say it is dishwasher safe. Beautiful quality stainless steel pan. My husband and I didn't have a larger capacity pan for when cooking for a crowd. This is a high quality pan that more than fills that need. Quality construction on this stainless steel pan with glass lid and opposing side grab handle so that you can easily handle the heavier loads. Recommend. Read more

This pan is huge which is awesome on its own! The real cherry on top is how well it cleans up, I have yet to have anything that I can not get off this pan! A must have for any kitchen. Read more
