The bags look great, have plenty of pockets and places to store stuff and most importantly they can stand up to the use and going all over the place a technician will put it through. I have a different version of this bag(laptop only) that is around 10 years old and still going strong. They make great gear and it's well worth what it costs. Read more

The only half a issue I have with this bag is the already faded color I understand it's just the way black canvas is but still not a fan. I've been going through at least one book bag a year and I buy high quality Swiss gear type bags but since I ride all year around rain and snow and sometimes overload my bag the zipper almost always pops or something rips somewhere last year I spent over $170 on a Swiss gear bag only to have the zipper break and rip! The year before that $100 same thing happened there going back 4 years now. Than I happen to see a tool bag at work seen the zipper and had a eureka moment that I need a tool book bag they are built for heavy loads. BUT every tool bookbag I found had all them pouches and what-not in them simply wasn't that practical for electronics and lunch. Now this bag you can remove the tool slot insert! And the remaining pouches are awesome!! Fits my massive galaxy S9 tablet *11in* a 20,000mah power Bank in the built-in pouch the plug even supports fast charging!! Something I haven't seen before in many other bags I've tried. The hard rubber/plastic bottom is awesome the bag don't fall over when I set it down getting all dirty. The zippers are big enough for my Smart zipper locks. The power Bank pouch even lets me fit a Samsung tile in there. Very very happy with this bag.. - the 1 thing.. but that's not a big deal at all. It is a big bag though. Read more

This backpack is very sturdy and durable with lots of individual pockets and compartment for all your tools. The solid base adds stability when on the ground. The only issue is have is the zipper is hard to open and close at times. Read more

Great backpack, size and description match what was shown. Hard to find a backpack that will accommodate a Dell Latitude rugged 5430 within the dedicated laptop pocket; albeit it doesn't fit in the slim sleeve but does fit the dedicated laptop area. Thinner laptops will fit in the little pocket in the laptop area just not thick laptops like the rugged 5430. Quality is reflected in the zippers and the weight as well. My only wish is that the interior was a bright color to differentiate tools and other things like their older bag with the red interior. Read more

I purchased this backpack for hauling my tools around town for work. I carry around a decent selection of tools and hardware for assembling furniture and mounting TV’s/artwork/mirrors, etc. The backpack is heavy duty, and stands up well on it’s own due to the reinforced molded bottom shell section. Every other backpack I’ve tried tends to slump over depending on the contents inside, so it’s nice to not have that problem anymore. There is plenty of room inside for my cordless drill and two battery packs, a full size hammer, drill bit case, deep well socket set, stud finders, screw driver set, plastic organizer for screws and anchors, Allen wrench set, small notebook, and lots more. There is a wide variety of pockets and loops for storing virtually any tool you could want to carry with you. Two outer side pockets, including one with a drawstring make for great water bottle storage. I sometimes even bring a 24” spirit level with me and cinch that in the side pocket, and it has never once fallen out. The only downsides to the backpack that I’ve found in using it the last couple months are: 1. The overall weight of the bag. - I’m getting used to it, but the extra couple pounds of weight vs the other backpacks I’ve used is surprisingly noticeable. 2. The rigid molded lower section of the backpack which helps it maintain its shape and stand up on its own doesn’t feel great against my lower back when carrying it for long periods. 3. The front pocket section has a lot of loops which would be perfect for pens/pencils/drill bits/etc…except none of them are open on the bottom. I’m not sure if it’s just a manufacturing defect in the backpack I got, or if it’s an actual design choice, but it just doesn’t work as intended. You should be able to slot all of the above mentioned items in the front pouch for easy access, and it just doesn’t work the way they have it. -All in all I’m loving the backpack and I can’t imagine going back to what I’ve used previously. It's a decent bag, but it's always falling over with tools in it. No matter how I reorganize, it always leans when it gets heavy. I retired it for tools and use as an electronics and wire bag, and it does that job perfectly. The USB is a nice touch. The quality is good, and its pretty durable. The zippers were getting stuck constantly until I lubricated them a bit. Read more

Can't say enough good things about this bag. I use it mostly for tools but also can carry my laptop and/or tablet and they stay protected. Outstanding quality, roomy and holds up to a beating. I've washed it and it's cleaned up nice. It's been a great replacement to my last SA bag and worth the extra investment Read more
