This Swivel Tablet Stand is just beautifully made from finely machined aluminum, and finished in what appears to be black anodizing. The joints take a firm hand to adjust, and my tablet stays right where I place it. And the silicone pads keep my Galaxy Tab S9 securely positioned with little chance of an errant knock dislodging it. At first I expected that the rotating base would be very freely moving, which might have been good for sharing videos at the table with friends. However, this swivel base has a moderate amount of resistance to it, and softly clicks as it is rotated. When I used this device in various situations, I came to appreciated the wisdom of that design. Having my music app open, along with my Scrabble Dictionary, I was able to type in my words without the tablet moving with my touches on the on-screen keyboard. A freely moving base would have actually been quite frustrating. Same thing for using it on a non-level surface. Another thing I liked was the size of the round base. I sometimes make audio recordings with the excellent stereo mics built into my Samsung tablet. Best recording distance turns out to be in my lap when seated on my recliner. I have struggled in the past to prop the tablet up in my lap for the best mic placement...a process involving a foam rubber support that sometimes made sounds against the back of the tablet. I was delighted to find that this tablet holder was actually stable on my lap for this use, with nothing touching the tablet to make unwanted noise. I am very happy with this swivel tablet stand, and have passed my older stand (which I really liked) on to my partner for her tablet. An easy 5-stars for me! Read more

This swivel tablet stand is quite versatile. I don't have a tablet right now but I use this to prop up my iPhone 16 Pro and my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra and it works great for both. It is nice to be able to pull up a recipe or watch a video while eating at our breakfast nook and have the phone screen higher than the tabletop. This tablet stand lets me adjust the height, direction, and viewing angle of my phones. And when not in use, the tablet stand folds down flat (see picture to compare the flattened height to an iPhone). The tablet stand swivels nicely while the bottom base stays put. I also like the silver color of this stand as it looks classy rather than industrial on a shelf in our kitchen. Read more

I have an iPad Air 4, which I occasionally use for teams meetings or other video conferences. The issue most of the time is the webcam is at the top of the device, meaning if I set the tablet down as the case allows, the camera is off center and I look distracted most of the time. I picked up this tablet stand hoping to help this, and it’s done an amazing job for me. The stand is wide enough to support the tablet either way. It’s nice and narrow, swivels easily with a satisfying click as it swivels. The action is nice and smooth. It also is not so big that it won’t support a phone (though it is a bit silly seeing this huge stand holding a small phone). I love the opening at the bottom, which allows for a charger cable to plug in, letting you charge while it sits there. It also is very well balanced, so you can adjust the angle and keep it upright - unlike some others that may tip over if you try to stand your device up too straight. This is sooooo awesome! I didn’t even know something like this existed for an iPad/tablet!! This thing is heavy duty!! The metal is really strong and it takes a little elbow grease to move it to get the position you want it to be in. The trade-off is this out of this world durable stand. I would imagine this thing is next to impossible to break. I love that there are so many positions possible! I craft and need it high and straight. If I’m laying down watching something, I’d want it lower…closer to my level of vision. This will also hold it vertically OR horizontally. There are grips on the bottom of the stand that help it to stay right where you put it. It won’t slide anywhere else. It also has the same on the actual stand where your iPad would sit. That’s not going to easily move, either. The bottom of it does rotate, too! You can turn it if you want! I kept my case on and put it on the stand. No issues whatsoever. It will hold a case/cover just fine. The seller also includes a velvet-like drawstring bag to put it in (the stand will fold right down to a small square!). Easily a 5-star stand! Read more
