The media could not be loaded. After putting the SYBO SR-CP-100B through its paces in our busy office for the past three months, it has proven to be an absolute workhorse. The commercial-grade stainless steel construction is not just for show; it withstands constant use and cleans up easily, still looking as professional as the day we got it. We serve dozens of employees and clients throughout the day, and its generous capacity means we're not constantly refilling it. What truly impresses me is its consistent performance—it brews a full batch of rich, hot coffee quickly and keeps it at the perfect serving temperature for hours without a burnt taste. The dual functionality as a hot water urn is a game-changer we didn't know we needed. With the flip of a switch, we have a ready supply of hot water for tea, cocoa, and instant soups, which has been hugely appreciated by everyone. It's incredibly straightforward to operate, making it hassle-free for anyone to use, and its design is sturdy and stable, so we never worry about accidents. This coffee maker has eliminated our daily coffee station frustrations and has proven to be a reliable and worthwhile investment for our high-traffic environment. Read more

I love this coffee maker! Huge capacity and all stainless steel where it matters. Works great and coffee tastes exceptional, without needing paper filters which absorb the natural oils that add depth of flavor. Easy to use and faster than specs say. Read more

The SYBO SR-CP35C Commercial Grade Stainless Steel Percolator has been a great addition to my kitchen. It’s compact enough to fit under my upper cabinets, heats up quickly, and keeps liquid hot for hours—36+ hours straight. The unit I purchased in January 2025 lasted about 9 months with consistent use (on for a couple of days every week) before it stopped working. While I was disappointed at first, SYBO advertises a 2-year warranty, so I contacted them directly. Their customer service was excellent—friendly, responsive, and they shipped me a replacement right away with no hassle. Overall, I’m very pleased with both the performance of this urn and the company behind it. It’s a dependable product backed by great support, and I highly recommend it. Read more

I'm offering more stars than I'm comfortable with. I've made a few batches of coffee with this machine and it comes out as light brown water. I've dealt with percolators for years. I've always known to grind the beans at the percolator setting. We buy bags of whole beans at Costco and the store offers coffee grinding after the coffee is paid for. I ground the beans there and use the setting for the commercial percolator machine. I noticed today, after making 2 bad batches of coffee, that the coffee basket/filter has the tiniest holes ever. I am now wondering if I should use regular ground coffee instead of the percolator grounds. The manual does not mention anything about the coarseness or fineness of the grounds. In other percolators I make the perfect batch of dark, delicious coffee. This machine is tripping me up and I'm hoping it just bc I need to use traditional ground coffee, not especially ground for a percolator. I wish the manual would be better descriptive abt the type of beans. Any who... If anyone has the same issues, I'd love to hear, and if you all are using traditional ground beans, I'd love to know that too! Sybo, if you are reading this, please be specific in your manual what type of grind is required to make the best batch of coffee. (And yes, I use enough coffee grounds. Used 4 cups grounds for 30 cups water.) Thanks all! Read more
