Works great, nice and strong. I really like the feel and the quality of the assembly. Doesn’t get dinged and the paint stayed on. The fit on my case is perfect. I have an iPhone and a case and I relied on the magnet strength to keep it on. I wish I had put the adjesive ring on the phone case to keep the ring on. I dropped the phone one day and the ring flew out somewhere and got lost. Now I will have to buy another ring! It was a little pricey for what I was initially willing to pay but I’m glad I did. The media could not be loaded. I got this to replace my broken "popping" grip. At first glance it seemed like a great option for a great price but it's already wearing out. Pros: - great price - good form factor - not overly heavy - installs easily with it's own magnet if you have a magsafe phone and/or case - comes with adhesive circles if your phone/case is NOT magsafe (no experience with the added circles) - the double rings can be maneuvered and rotated to fit a wide variety of hands and positions to hold your phone EXTRA Pro: - the rings are STIFF and not in a bad way. As a phone STAND this thing is absolutely amazing and works both horizontally and vertically. And being magnetic it allows you to stick it to anything steel like your fridge, or a filing cabinet, so your options for hands-free browsing or streaming are nearly endless. Cons: - the rings are not terribly comfortable. If you have a heavier phone they start to dig in after a while and it starts to become difficult to manage. I like grips like this so the weight of the phone is not only on my pinky underneath but this one starts to make you reposition a lot with time. - the rotation clickers are worn out. It makes an awful squealing noise when being turned and there is virtually no "stop" in the clicker mechanism, so you can't rely on only the grip to hold your phone or it will slip and turn out of position. All in, for the price and the use I can get from it as a stand it's not bad but I'm concerned with how little it lasted before part of its functionality was all but useless. Read more
