FitPoint is the easiest to work with, it's incredibly durable. It lasts for around 5 days, showering daily. It is the perfect thickness and is super sticky, but not too sticky. It lasts far longer than any other brand we've tried. My husband has bad shoulders so we keep him taped up for work just like the PT said to. So the tape gets a lot of use.
