After living in Arizona most of my life, I ended up with severe chronic dry eye syndrome. I am in the top one percent of the top one percent in terms of severity. I have gone through lengthy periods of blindness as a result (over a year, in the case of one eye). The chemical formula in these drops has been the only effective aid I've found.
