I use this pan almost exclusively, rather than any of my others..stainless, cast iron, rolled steel. It’s fantastic for crisp crusted fish, stir fry’s, saucy preparations…absolutely everything! My absolute go-to. I just bought 2 more as Christmas gifts! Read more

This nonstick pan works really well and is very easy to clean. Compared to the cheaper nonstick pans from the same brand, this one feels higher in quality, though it is also a bit heavier. I've been using it for a few months and haven’t encountered any issues. Read more

I bought this pain 4.5 years ago. Today I just did a close up inspection to decide if I keep going with it or not. It's perfect. I'm honestly shocked that it's still going. This is despite a significant amount of abuse by using it to sear meats. I have been careful about avoiding metal utensils, but that's about where the gentleness ends. This is the only non-stick pan I've ever owned that's lasted longer than 18 months in perfect, usable condition. 10/10 Would recommend. I'll be buying T-fal for my next 'egg pan.' Read more

Despite reading the measurements, this still felt so much bigger once it was in my hands. I specifically got it because I want a large saucepan, something I can use to cook saucier or soupier type dishes without having to use my high-sided pots, which aren't as great for evaporation. This definitely fits that job, but this may not work perfectly on all stove types. I have a glass-top electric stove and it really conducts heat better if the pan/pot makes full contact with the glass, with greatly diminished results if the bottom of a pan/pot hovers even a few millimeters above the surface of the stove. So sadly, this particular pan I got (idk if this is for all or just a defect with mine?) domes a bit in the middle, so the center of the pan does not make complete contact with the stove surface. This obviously would not be a problem with a gas stove since the flames would hit everything, although it still impacts how your food pools inside the pan. So far this hasn't been too much of a problem, but I can see it being problematic depending on what I make. The glass lid also concerns me... I rarely use it because when I do, I can hear what sounds like the glass warping or 'settling'... like it's creaking against the metal lining, which frankly freaks me the heck out. I want to think T-fal has done their due diligence and would not release a glass lid for a pan that couldn't handle heat, but it still makes me so nervous. I don't suspect it actually would break, but the nagging thought of wasting a whole pan's worth of food because it decided to shatter is unsettling enough that, as said, I rarely use it. Otherwise it's a great pan. Super easy to clean, in fact if you get it to the sink quick enough the sprayer on a kitchen faucet is enough to get all the particulates away, then you just need to quickly wipe a sponge over with soap and water. All in all, I would recommend, just hope yours is flat and the lid doesn't creak! lol Read more

This pan is my all-star. Whether it’s frying up eggs, making meat for tacos, or even a chili, this pan gets it done. Cooks evenly, works on my induction cooktop, and even goes into the oven (braising short ribs right now). Having both handles is key for mobility. I love this so much I’ve purchased another to give as a gift! Read more

Bought a new induction range, which I knew meant I'd have to ditch all my lightweight aluminum pans. Got a very nice, expensive stainless steel set; but it did not have one of these huge pans, which I tend to use almost every time I cook. The thing I like best about this new pan is that it has the stainless steel base to make it work on the induction cook top; but the rest of it is made of lightweight metal. So as I'm cooking, the full pan isn't so heavy that I can't move it myself. It also has a little vent hole in the glass lid, which my last couple pans like this didn't have and is a great addition. And of course, it has the helper handle that makes all the difference in moving a full pan of food around. It was a great price, and I love it. I barely use my expensive stainless pans at all. I've had many T-Fal pans and have loved all of them. The nice thing about this pan is that it's very deep and is rated at 5 quarts and also comes with very nice glass lid. I use it to make pasta dinners where i cook the main ingredients in this pan and then add the cooked pasta to combine everything together. It is also a non-stick surface and very easy to clean. These are tough pans and are great if you do a lot of stove-top cooking. Highly recommend! Read more
