I love this pan! I had a couple of non-stick pan, but they were, despite their name, sticking all the time. I tried using oil, but even that wouldn't always work. Enter this pan, and it was a pleasure to cook in! And since it doesn't stick at all (making cleanup way easier!) my food is healthier from no oil. I RARELY use oil now. I got this a year ago, and it's still as nonstick as ever, with no warping. So yes, it's durable. I just need to buy a lid that fits, as the 12" is bigger than the other pans I had! Read more

Nonstick surface is durable. The heat distribution is even. It is easy to clean. The 10.5 inch size is great and very versatile. The tall sides are what makes this pan great, there is minimal splashing and it holds all ingredients in the pan. Does not come with a lid but I do not find that a necessity. Read more

I've spent $230 for All Clad non stick frying pans; and $150 for Made In frying pans. Neither were even remotely worth it. In my experience, the non-stick coating breaks down at the same rate on inexpensive pans as it does on expensive ones. And no, I don't use metal utensils - only bamboo or silicon. However, I cook every day and often use my frying pans twice a day. So they just get a lot of use. Further, some of the bougie pans like Made In can't go in the dishwasher which is SUPER annoying. This is a good solid pan that heats evenly and is very easy to clean. Good size too, for the two of us. For me, it's not really big enough to fry eggs or make pancakes, but my wife uses it a lo heat up or cook her lunches. Read more

I have been using T-fal in the US and Tefal in the UK for many many years, and the quality of their products is extremely high and very good value for money. I really like how the pans, and this one is no exception, are really easy to cook in and to clean up after. The base is thick enough to not only distribute the heat evenly, but the pan does not warp either. I highly recommend this pan.
