Very cool vintage looking
i got a free standing desk lamp here on amazon that is in the simplest form - small wooden bix with a turn-switch by the base of the lamp where the bulb is screwed on. i liked it because it looked antique like and has no shade at all for the bulb. putting this long vintage looking bulb on this fixture just bumped it into a higher level of uniqueness. i loke that it is LED which assures me of brightness and longevity of use. plus the design is such that there is an orange sine wave looking orange filament in the bulb that glows when lit that adds to the vintage look. more like a desk lamp from frankenstein’s lab! very cool ! Fun Shape Bulb
This is a fun light bulb from WOPARU. It is a long test tube shape (just over 7”) with a spiral filament. It has a standard E26 base and is a warm white. I got the clear glass bulb. I think they also offer an amber colored glass. I prefer the brighter white the clear glass provides. (Just personal preference.) It looks nice in my clear kitchen table pendent light. My light does not dim, so I can’t speak about dimmability. Read more
