Fits true to size. Nice and warm. Zippers are great quality. Works good in snow and seems to be waterproof but haven’t tested in rain. The color is really nice I like it a lot. I can’t believe the value for the money. Plenty of pockets and very soft lining. Read more
The media could not be loaded. This jacket is actually really good quality, super nice, super warm! The inside is like sherpa or something. It's fuzzy and cozy. There's so.many awesome pockets! It's bigger than I expected, from the picture it looks like "fitted" or "athletic fit" to me it didn't seem to be. It's light for it's size as sell. I'm returning bc it's a little big for me, also not the fit style I prefer. One other thing is that the gray has a blue tint to it that im not a fan of. But all in all a great jacket. Excellent purchase!!! I live in Illinois, and I knew the cold was on the way. I’m 6’0”, 190 lbs., and in good shape, the large size fits me perfectly. I work outside, and recently wore the Tacvasen ski jacket, and pants that I purchased in September. Two days ago it was 27 degrees below zero, tomorrow I return to work, and it will be 25 degrees below zero. I was completely warm on Friday, and feel very comfortable with the fact that I will be wearing this ski jacket and pants again on Monday. In this type of weather you need to throw on some long johns underneath, but believe me this jacket and pants are true to it’s word, and will definitely keep you warm out there. If you’re going to be out in this kind of weather, throw a balaclava on underneath the hood, so your face is covered, and you can be out there all day. Read more

This jacket is warm. Winter is not fully here yet but this jacket will definitely keep you warm. I am 5’ 6” 170 lbs and ordered a large; this jacket fits true to size. I love the inner material they used. It is comfortable and keeps you warm. It feels top notch despite the value. It feels like a more expensive winter jacket. I usually buy Columbia outer wear but I didn’t budget to spend money. I found this instead and I am so pleased with my purchase. The color I ordered was red and it really grabs your attention but not in a gaudy way. I love the color of this jacket, it looks nice as product picture. You will not be disappointed in whatever color you choose. The only reason I didn’t give it a full five stars is the pockets are lacking. I wish there were more pockets. As stated before, I usually purchase outer wear from Columbia branded gear. They have an amazing amount of pockets for storage…I got spoiled by this. I think you can’t beat the value for what you do receive. I think it was under $70 but it feels like a jacket you can spend a couple hundred on. The zipper has some Velcro enclosures. This is great. Maybe that might not be your cup of tea but I really appreciate it. Oh be weary if you don’t like plastic zippers. That’s like the only thing I can truly complain. But it will be difficult to beat the price with all the nice features for a sub 100 dollar jacket. If you aren’t sure, i think this review should push you over the fence. The coat is nice and warm. It was just how it looked in the pictures online, and it is definitely thicker than I thought which is good considering I live in Michigan. Make sure to check the sizing chart before you order. The color, size, and fit are perfect. Read more
For the price it's awesome, super warm, lightweight. It arrived just in time to help keep me warm during this crazy cold weather have experienced. I love it! The size could be better, I am 6' 2" 200lbs with long arms, the xl fits me ok, not much room like my other xl jackets but no need to wear a sweatshirt or anything heavy underneath as it keeps you very warm in wicked conditions Read more
Superb jacket! Spent 10 days in niseko Japan feb15 onwards, crazy snow past few days! jacket totally delivered. i'd take 10 minute brakes sitting or laying down directly on the snow, jacket kept me super warm and dry. size is accurate! Absolute value for money! Get one. Read more
