Yes, I’ve only had this Tamagoyaki Omelette Pan for a short time so I don’t know how the nonstick coating will work over time, but still, I love this pan. I made my own variation of a Tamagoyaki omelette - I like my eggs cooked very well, I don’t eat dashi and I added some cheese to one of the layers. It was so delicious. Each time I make one, I am able to get the egg thinner. The was very neat and even and would be great for a special brunch but just as nice for a regular breakfast. The eggs didn’t stick at all with a small amount of butter in the pan. The shape would certainly be good for other things. The only thing that would have made this better is if it came with the special spatula that is used for these pans. I had not trouble using a silicone one though. Read more

I've always wanted to try my hand at making Japanese style omelettes and this pan did not disappoint. Excellent non-stick surface allowed the eggs to slide around freely. Perfectly sized with a comfortable handle that does not get hot. Easy clean up. I also found it pretty great for making grilled cheese. Pretty neat little pan. Read more
