I normally wear a medium but I bought this in an XL so I had plenty of room to wear thick sweaters beneath it. I love the way this coat looks & feels. The bottom is cut a bit like a swing coat so it’s wide enough to even wear a wide skirt or dress. The coat has a lining that’s sewn in well. I like that the lapels are wide enough for a broach. The coat can be dressed up or down. I’m looking forward to the cooler weather so I can wear it! Read more

The Tankaneo notched collar single button long pea coat is a gorgeous classic. The styling on the jacket is as expected, and the coat is nicely lined, including the delightfully large front patch pocket. On my 5'6", 128-pound frame, the coat hits slightly below the top of my knee, while the one button secures at exactly my natural waist. The apricot color is a beautiful off-white, and to my eye, it appears much lighter than the product listing photo. The size medium is the perfect size for me, as I like to have a little room to layer a sweater underneath. The garment did arrive vacuum-packed, so required about 15 minutes of steaming to release the heavy creasing. I have an array of scarves that will be spectacular with this cream coat for late fall and winter. Read more

This is a quality coat, but the gray was a very unexpected shade of gray. It’s more like a purple with a gray tone that makes me look incredibly washed out. That was on me for ordering when there were no pictures posted, so I did not remove a star for that. It does look as pictured. This coat is comfortable, has a felted wool texture, sizable pockets, and is great for fall walks. I wore it yesterday for a walk with my dogs in the mid 50’s with a thin sweatshirt and it was perfect weight for warmth. The coat runs large. I am 5’0”, 116lbs, 30-29-35, typically I wear a medium, but the size chart indicated I should be wearing a small. I ordered a small and feel like I’m absolutely swimming in this. I know this is a woman’s coat but it fits like a men’s small or a plus size small, not a standard small. It’s a beautiful jacket but it’s not great for petite people. The length is fine, just below the knee, but the width is just not what one would expect from a small, especially when sizing down from my typical size. It’s big enough that even with a thick hoodie and scarf underneath, I still find more than enough room, which is not ideal for keeping warm, comfortably. I’m not looking to put on three thick layers to fill out a coat. Read more
