So I should first note I'm not really a flower person but I AM an LED lighting person, so when I saw these I thought they might make for a cool upgrade for the garden at night. As such, I was surprised at just how good these flowers look. Not something I'm normally shopping for so I didn't expect they would look so real. The colors, the curves, wow that's pretty slick. They don't look quite like the actual hyacinths we've planted, but they certainly look like real 'flowers' in the generic sense, and will fit right in. The box they come in is just plain, and I thought they were maybe a little squished but they pop right back and you can adjust them into basically any shape. I will note that I found protective film on only one of the two solar panels. So I looked really carefully but I'm still not quite sure if there's still one on there or what. Instructions are in the box. One nice detail is the rechargeable battery inside is apparently AA. I didn't undo the screws to check, but that's great since those are widely available. Final pic is of the lights on. It wasn't actually dark outside yet so I got things as dark as I could for this pic. They're a little subtle, but they way they blend through the flowers is a nice effect. The product pictures are representative. Finally, they're not inexpensive, but the manufacturer makes a lot of these in different flower types. It’s not colorful that first comes to mind when I turned these on, more like garish or gaudy but that first impression changed after I put them in a flower bed among real flowers. Under a normal charge they’re more subtle and surrounded by real plants they take on a look like that of an expensive lighted garden. The flowers are not the most realistic but keep in mind that this is an outdoor display, not many people will get a very closeup view. What counts is they look like they could endure a season or two of wet and hot summers and cold winters. YES NO MAYBE Something like this is entirely a personal choice, what one reviewer likes or dislikes is probably different from how you feel. I do like them once I put them in a real flower garden. Great looking set of artificial Hyacinth. Flowers look and feel high quality, and from a short distance away, they look real. The coloration on these is bright and vivid, and the details are sharp and crisp. I live in the desert SW, and growing real flowers here is time consuming and tedious, and there's no guarantee that they will actually grow. Artificial flowers are a great alternative. They cost a little more up front, but save a lot of time and effort. The time savings alone make them a solid value. These light up brightly at night and add a special flair to the front yard. They got just a few hours of charge when I planted them, but remained lit through most of the night. We get a lot of sun here in the desert, so they're well suited for this environment. If you live somewhere that's frequently cloudy, they might not stay lit as long at night. The stems are somewhat moldable so you can shape the arrangement to your tastes. The mounting spikes are long enough that you can plant these sufficiently deep so that they won't come out in the wind. Product is well engineered. Overall, I'm very happy with them. Only time will tell how long they last, but if I get a couple of years out of them, I'll be more than happy and will order another set. Read more
