These solar flower lights look really pretty, both lit up at night and as decorative flowers during the day. The colors are bright and vibrant, and the individual flower heads and leaves have a nice shape that makes them look good even when they’re not illuminated. Assembly was very easy—just a couple of parts to snap together and they’re ready to go. I’ve mainly tested them indoors so far while waiting for the ground to thaw and the snow to melt, but the lights charge and turn on as expected. They automatically switch off in bright light and come back on at dusk, which is very convenient. The LEDs are quite bright, and you can choose between steady on or a flashing mode. My only real complaint is the flashing mode: it’s more of a rapid blink that feels a bit distracting rather than relaxing. I wish there were a third option with a slow fade in and out for a softer, more calming effect. As it is, we just keep them on the steady mode, which looks great. Overall, they’re cheerful, bright solar decorations that should add a lot of charm to a garden, yard, or pathway once they’re outside. Read more
I found these lights to be quite nice. I appreciate that you can select a steady or color-changing mode, and I've been using the steady setting. They look realistic, which is what I was hoping for. No flickering and brightness is good. Read more
This pack of 2 solar lights appear dainty but well made, with pastel flowers threaded with tiny, multicolored lights. The website labels them as hyacinths or roses, but the petals don't resemble hyacinths to me. One of the units I received has blue flowers; the other has pink. There are green leaves and a green plastic stem for support, and the petals can be bent slightly to make them appear fuller. They need about 6 to 8 hours of sunlight on the solar panels to keep them shining all night. When lit up, the colors of the bulbs give a multi-colored appearance to the flowers that is very attractive, and you have the option for the lights to flash or keep a steady glow. I love the way they look, but since the ground here is currently frozen I haven't been able to place them in my garden yet. I tested them in a dark room when I received them, and they work exactly as they should in both lighting modes. These make beautiful accents along a path or in groupings within a garden. They are waterproof, and tall enough to show above shorter plants, ground cover, or borders, and are versatile enough to fit with most types of landscaping. I am very happy with them. Read more
I love a showstopping flower arrangement and these solar flowers fit this category. I have placed these in our flower urns by our front door. The delicate pedals are beautiful and full, the colors are pastel and rich. The poles that hold the flowers and the solar chargers are easy to place in the ground or in a planter. The lights are bright at night and can be placed into a steady mode or a blinking mode. The flowers have held up extremely well under intense sun, extreme wind, and heavy rain. This is an excellent value for the high quality of the product. Read more
Very pretty, but their gonna know. The flowers are not super detailed, but the leaves are. From a distance, they will look nice. When they light up at night I don't think anybody's going to even care cuz it's just going to be pretty. They do have two phases, solid and blinking. It looks very pretty in my living room. I do appreciate the spikes that come with these flowers. The spikes are mostly made of metal and then they have these sharp plastic caps that are phenomenal and will be great for sticking them in the ground. In fact I wonder if they are so sharp that they might actually Pierce the Frozen ground. In other words don't give these to children. The other great thing about the spikes is that they fit perfectly into the flowers. There is just enough movement to wrench them on just a little bit more and snug them into place those flowers aren't going anywhere. Long story short these are going to be cute and a great addition to anybody's garden as long as you're not expecting these to look exactly like a real flower. They are good for what you put into it. I have a variety of solar lights in my outdoor space and I am always on the look out for the unique and beautiful. These hyacinths are definitely a unique addition to my lighting collection. I was afraid that they would look very cheap and artificial. They were easy to arrange after removing from the packaging into two beautiful stems of lighted flowers. They have LED lights along the stems and give a charming glow at night. They are a good height for my garden space. The lights have two modes and can be set to flash or be constantly illuminated at night. The metal mounting stakes feel sturdy and were easy to place into the garden. The blooms are crafted of a fabric material and time will tell how durable it shall be. All in all a wonderful addition to my outdoor lighting and perhaps a tad overpriced at $18 at the time of acquisition. Read more
Nobody will think they are real flowers, but they look nice and clean. I put mine with my two tiger plants on each side of the front door. I thought they would not get enough sun in that area, but it lights up really brightly at night, brightening my patio. They are very easy to put together. I like the idea of not worrying about plugging it in and unplugging it; the solar works great. They are water-resistant since they are on my front patio, but when it rains, and some water gets there, they remain lit with no problem. If they last for a long time, the price is worth it. Read more
