They're soft, comfortable and stretchy, and most importantly they did their job. I had no problems with leaks or messes. They are thicker than normal underwear of course, but you don't feel like you're wearing a diaper. I don't have super heavy periods, so I don't know how well they can handle that by themselves, but for an average period they are absorbent enough by themselves. I would buy again. Read more
Being a premenopausal women, I needed these period panties. 🤦🏼♀️ I first tried another brand from a big box store and hated them. One for being triple the price and two because they chaffed so bad. So I researched and found these TANSTC period panties. I can’t be more happy with them. They are comfortable and do not chafe! They are affordable. They fit how I expected them too (my normal size). They have protected my pants with no leakage. That being said though, I don’t have heavy periods anymore. I recommend them so much that I just purchased more. I now have a week’s worth. Yay! These are such a lifesaver! They do the job great on their own even overnight (not on heavy days). they dont roll down. Alot cheaper to invest in a couple pairs of these than disposable products. Sizing is a bit different on each pair but not much. They will be crunchy before the first wash but that goes away Read more

These are great! My 11-year-old just started using them, and they’ve been fantastic for her. She mentioned they took a little getting used to, but now she feels more comfortable going to school knowing nothing will leak. I also love that they don’t have the weird seam on the butt that some shorts do. It’s much more comfortable. For reference, she’s 5’7” and about 110 pounds, and a medium fits her perfectly. I was really excited to try these period underwear but unfortunately, they did not hold up as I thought they would. I suffer from uterine fibroids and I normally have heavy bleeding. The first night I tried the period underwear I used my menstrual cup and I put the underwear on by the time I woke up everything had leaked through the underwear like almost nothing was absorbed. Will update when I actually start bleeding. I'm just waiting for it to start so i can wait for it to end. Took the ring out on Tuesday; it's Friday, and no blood yet. Just pain and frustration and anxiety. Anyway, these are diapers. No, seriously- designed to go all the way up your back almost to your bra like you're going to have explosive diarrhea.
