They don't stick for more than an hour, so they don't work. Just use adult extra strength nasal strips and have a little bump of the extra material on top of the nose. Read more

These worked great for my 8 year old daughter. She has awful allergies and is often congested, especially at night. The first time I used these on her she was shocked at how well she could breathe. A few things that worked for me: 1. Clean the skin and make sure it’s really dry before you apply the strip. 2. I bend it together slightly before I apply to her nose. 3. After I put it on her nose I hold it for about 30 seconds to get a good stick. We’ve been using them every night for about 2 weeks and it only came off one night and it was when her dad put it on her but didn’t dry her skin well enough. EXCELLENT PRODUCT!!!! Read more

As soon as I put these on my daughter she was amazed at how well she could breathe. She loves picking out from all the designs & is excited to wear one to bed.
