I have hooded eyelids and all the eyeliners I have tried fade and crease onto my eyelids. And when I say I have tried a lot of different eyeliners from liquid to pencil believe me I have tried a lot of eyeliners, from expensive brands like Chanel to Lancome and Dior. This used to be my go too it used to stay in place while I worked now it's smudgy and runny... It is not waterproof it is easy to put on the color is great and it does not irritate my eyes but for whatever reason now it does not stay so they must have changed something in the formula which makes me very sad Read more
