Quality not okay
Color lovely, texture, too. But tip broke off immediately and I couldn't get more to come up. Total waste of money. I am disabled and cannot get out to return it, but they don't usually want to give a refund. Finally, after much communication, I got the refund. Read more
Stays on all day
I love this eyeliner pencil. it stays on all day. I was so pleasantly surprised. I've tried many, many pencil liners that state no smudging, but they all did. This one really doesn't smudge. Finally!! I have it in black and just ordered the plum and chocolate brown. You do have to sharpen it though. Other reviewers thought it rolled up as needed, and were disappointed with the poor results, but it doesn't do that. You have to sharpen it. I'm very pleased as my search is finally over!! Read more
