This is a great packaged green salad product. I’ve been eating for several months now and it’s awesome. It has a good shelf life in my refrigerator and in saying I keep my refrigerator temperature around 34 degrees. I’ve been using a 8 inch porcelain salad bowl for my salad. I get around 3 to 4 salad meals out of each bag. Nice and green not a lot of water mixed in compared to other brands that have a negative shelf life of the product. Read more

Iceberg lettuce.

I should have looked more closely at this before I bought it. This is almost entirely iceberg lettuce. Now, there's nothing wrong with iceberg lettuce. The problem is that it has very few nutrients. Did you know that people who raise herbivorous reptiles do not feed their animals iceberg lettuce? They give them red leaf lettuce, green leaf lettuce, Romain lettuce. They give their pets literally any lettuce except iceberg lettuce. Sure, it's crunchy, but it does nothing for you. It's basically crunchy water. And when you take into account all the dressing that you're going to pour all over this salad, it's actually bad for you! Ok, it makes for a nice snack in the evening hours. Instead of munching on something that is going to turn into hard-to-lose fat overnight, munch on something like this. But as a meal, or even a side dish, this really has nothing to offer. Read more
