I am extremely impressed with this TCL 52" Low Profile Ceiling Fan! From the moment it was installed, I noticed a huge difference in both air circulation and room comfort. This TCL ceiling fan is awesome! I put it up in my bedroom and I can’t believe how quietly it runs—even on the highest speed. I barely notice it’s on except for how nice and cool the room feels. The remote is really convenient, and I love that I can change fan speeds and dim the light without even getting out of bed. It looks clean and modern, too. Installation wasn’t bad (I’m not super handy!), and I like that it’s close to the ceiling, so it doesn’t hang down too far. Overall, great buy and I’m super happy with it! Read more

Arrived well packed, was very easy to install. Size gives right amount of air flow even on the first setting. The led light is amazing. The adjustments for the speed of the fan and the brightness of the light are numerous. This was quite a good price for the quality of the fan. I am hopeful I can purchase another remote since the fan is used upstairs and I need to turn the light off before I go downstairs. I could maybe rewire it to be switch controlled but getting a second remote will probably be easier. Read more

Overall: Very good ceiling fan made with quality parts and high build quality. Pro's: Light is bright enough to be sole light in the room. Light is LED and remote offers high variety of lighting color (temperature) and dimming options. I also liked that TCL has replacement light units, remote units and remote controls available for a reasonable price. Very quiet fan. Remote offers 6 speed options as well as a 'natural breeze' option that will automatically progress from level 1 to 6 then back to 1 continuously, as if to imitate a breeze effect (I'm not a fan of this feature in ceiling fans nor desk/floor fans). Only 1 "Con" concerns screws needed for assembly. The instruction set identified the various screws to be used, however the bag of screws in the box did not contain all the screws needed for assembly. One set of 3 was identified in the instructions as already on the part but needed to be unscrewed then re-screwed when applying the other part. However when looking for the 10 screws to attach the blades, they were not in the box and the instructions gave no hint where they would be. After some concerning moments (and harsh words) I finally found they the 10 screws were already screwed into the motor housing and just needed to be removed and re-used to attach the blades/blade holders. It would be nice if that were clearly outlined in the instructions. A side note, When I could not find the screws I attempted to contact support but found that TCL lighting support is via email only. Not much help when you need a quick question answered. Despite this, I still award this a 5 star recommendation. Very nice fan, and a life lesson on hide and seek for screws and parts. Read more
