I can say when you open this, it has such a strong smell so watch out. But otherwise it was good! I had to search how much to put since ive never done a foot soak and it says 1/2 to 1 cup of it. It evaporated into the water quickly and I just waited for 15 mins. After pulling my feet out it did feel smoother and nice plus smell a bit like lavender.
